Dave has extensive experience in helping businesses grow and achieve real value in their brand.

After a very successful career encompassing the agrochemicals, financial services and property industries, Dave created his own consultancy in 2020.   Dave’s focus is on creating high performing teams and brand value using simple to understand frameworks. He is a qualified leadership coach and a proven marketer having been Group Sales and Marketing Director for Redrow plc.

Dave also has highly relevant entrepreneurial experience having founded an on line B2C/B2B business in 2000 and managing the growth through to a very successful exit within 5 years.  He has recently been heavily involved with coaching board level teams towards elite performance.
